Whether you prefer the coast, the mountains, or anything in between or even if you don't have a location in mind, we will help find a place that's perfect for your retreat.
Hotel Matchmaker
We prefer booking hotels that we have personally visited and evaluated according to our strict standards. We gather information from our clients and our hotel database in order to match you with the hotel that’s right for your retreat.
The Retreat Contract
Retreat Suite will assist in the negotiating process of the hotel contract as well as help you understand exactly what the content of the contract means.
The contract is a very tedious and time consuming process. RS steps in and deals directly with the hotel to help you get your accommodations for the lowest price. We also make sure you have everything you need for your retreat from meals to microphones.
The contract itself can be confusing to understand. RS will go over the contract with a “fine tooth comb” to make sure you completely understand what you are committing to.

Customer Service
RS is committed to provide excellent customer service. We know how hard it is to find good service in today’s “corporate world”. When you call a business you are sent into a “black hole” of telephone webs. We believe you should have a live person to assist you who knows the importance and value of a client. We strive to return calls and emails the same day they are received. Our clients are a priority.
Travel Agency
We can help with any events, retreats, conference or virtually anything that requires a hotel stay-even if it’s only for one person for one night.
Your Retreat Resources
There is a fee of 5% (of total event) or a minimum of $200.00 for any retreat or event that does not include sleeping rooms.

In order to make the retreat planning easier for your group, we have put together a complete retreat from start to finish for those who don’t have time or resources to plan a retreat.

We know there are always last minute things that pop up at the retreat and the person “in charge” is called upon to “fix” them. Retreat Suite has professional RP’s that can take the load off and allow you to participate and “be” on retreat with your group.
Your RP will be on site to make sure that your retreat runs smoothly. We will do everything from registration to making sure everything and everyone stays on task. We give the retreat leadership a break to make sure that they enjoy the retreat and not have to worry about what happens next. So sit back and get ready to retreat. |
